I am currently moving from California to Texas and finding a place to live has been very stressful due to the fact that it’s a far move and I am not to familiar with the area. After doing a lot of research and reading lots of reviews, I came across Exchange 7272 where I had the pleasure of speaking Quita. Off the bat she made me feel welcomed and was extremely helpful and went above and beyond by sending me pictures and all the information I needed to make the best decision for myself. I have submitted an application at Exchange 7272 and hope to because part of the Exchange family very soon!

Vanessa has always been sweet & attentive. Maintenance as well very nice and shows up. The manager on the other hand 😂😂 Not one single drop of professionalism. She should be working at Dollar General with the way she talks to residents. Our car has been towed 3 times because they can’t get it together and communicate with their towing company. Joke of an apartment & I can’t wait until my lease is up.

I have been here for about 3 years and they do work with you on payments..they give you good information when something is going on. Anytime I have a maintenance problem they come by and fixing with no problem. I really like that I have a washer an dryer connection.. it's a nice place.
