This company has severely lost its way. They're quite an embarrassment in logistics. To have a package in limbo for weeks with no direction as to delivery or delivery date is pathetic. Horrible customer service with no intention of helping. All avenues to file a claim have been unsuccessful. Never again. Fedex couldn't ask for better advertising.

Easiest way to ship and they tell me when it will be cheaper to us the usps. Friendly service. Google maps has the entrance wrong, though.

Had an oversized package get refused at my mailbox facility—these folks tracked down where it had been routed after that & held it for pick-up. The man who assisted us at the centre also helped load it into our car. My day went from stressed to happy, thanks to them.

The service in the Vancouver, WA area is getting worse. I was to get a pkg yesterday but was told the address was wrong. No it wasn’t. We get packages via UPS all the time at this address. Lazy? Incompetent? Today I was to get the pkg but was given the same excuse. If you can’t get good drivers, perhaps your management staff should start delivering the packages. Then they would understand the problems out here.

I'm a current employee. Try coming into our facility. The staff at the customer service counter are really nice and are a great help. Make sure to bring the package with you and explain the situation to the employees; I'm sure they'll be able to help correct the mistake. Hope I helped!
actually, if it's a private PO Box, yes they can, because the company that hosts your private PO Box will usually accept the package in your name. Also, if you have a true USPS post office box, go to the customer care counter and see if you can sign up for the service where they will receive packages for you. You'll have to sign some forms, and they will give you a street address that includes your box number as a unit number. I have done this and it works!
Hello, thank you for contacting us. If you need further assistance from UPS, please contact us with your information via a Private Message or Direct Message on one of our social channels: Facebook @UPS or Twitter @UPS.
Not at the UPS facility. The UPS store will, however.
If the package does not require a signature it will be left. If you've had a claim with ups in the last year all boxes going to your address will require a sign. If your driver seems to be leaving to quickly or your never home leave a note at or on your door with your name printed and signed and a place you want the box left and the driver (as long as they are nice enough) can leave anything short or wine (always needs a sign. P. S. If you become a MyChoice member on ups.clm you can 'e-sign' all the boxes coming in and that will do the same thing. I hope I helped, Logan. Ups driver extrodenaire ^_^
Come in during our operating hours and explain your situation to the staff; they'll more than likely be able to point you in the right direction!
Call 1800 pick-ups to let the company know what happened, if no one has called in or had the boxes returned by now then you could have them as early as tomorrow.
