This lady Shannon is next lever terrible customer service. She must be single-handedly driving this location to failure by driving away customers. Rude, unhelpful, adversarial, you name it. I will drive clear across town to the Mill Plain FedEx to avoid having to deal with her and I suggest you do too.

Great customer service! Street parking made it easy to run in and out, short wait time and helpful staff. Nic was patient and took multiple passport pictures until there was a decent one (I know it’s rare to get a good picture)

I've used this place a dozen times and never left the 5 star review that they deserve. The priced are fine, the customer service is excellent. Everyone here is knowledgeable and patient. They are great employees for some lucky manager out there.

The marked my package as "wrong address" called to confirm address as I have a print copy of the original pacing slip. The address is correct! My package was returned to the company that sent it to me, due to this being a special service from the company to me, I will now never be able to get the package I was supposed to get due to FedEx being lazy and incompetent.
