I have used this store frequently due to it's location and noticed the poor customer service, especially with two of the employees. They're always rushing you and act like their hair is on fire (even the bald guy) even when it's not busy. Recently I went to mail two return packages and they somehow got sent to the opposite addresses. Neither retailer will work with me so I'm out $225. I called this store to see if they could help and he said he was too busy to talk and to call customer service who was no help at all. I suggest you go anywhere but this pell-mell mess of a place.

in great locality. not super friendly but quick to get your job done staff :) I don't care about the small talk. we get our prints and any notary work here and it is pretty quick and fairly simple procedure.

Do not waist your time with this store. It’s franchised, poorly managed and dirty. Their prices are high and this store will try to charge a “convince fee” for prepaid mail. They might as well charge you for breathing air as well. It’s well worth the extra 3-5 minute drive to find something else.

Mr. Fixit

This place is a rip-off. First time here and have to concur with many other reviewers. I went in and asked to buy a box. He asked if I was going to ship something in it to which I replied yes. He said it would be best if I brought my item in and they packaged it for me. I politely declined which seemed to annoy him. He got the box size I requested (18x14x6) and rang me up for almost $10 for this small common box. I declined and walked out. I buy these often enough for about $3. Go elsewhere, even for dropoffs.
