As a business we rely on a fast turn around for our sales forms in our line of work. We’ve used this location a few times and to be fair, we’ve had struggled with the quality and reliability you’d Not expect from this company. We were told on Tuesday that our forms (100 count of legal double sided forms and 1x 50 page text brochure) would be completed no later than Friday and we’d receive a call to pick them up. No call and No Show Friday!!! Monday late afternoon we went to inquire about the forms and they said it’s ready. We asked why no follow up call to let us know we could get them. Without sounding dramatic, let’s just keep it as the forms weren’t correct and the count was way off. Now we have to come back another day to pick up these forms. Time lost!!

I called in the morning asking if my business cards were ready the guy I spoke to said yes they were and have been for a few days and I asked if I could pick them up today then and he said yes. Well I went to pick them up a few hours later and the lady said they weren’t ready and they haven’t even been started then Someone else budged in and said they don’t even have to even give them to me until the 21st even of they were done. I think they were rude and did not handle the situation as they should have they were not letting me explain what I was told this morning I will never be using this location again as they waisted my time and were impolite

I've been coming in for a few years here to print out custom cards or what not for board games. Sometimes on 12x12 paper that I provide. Over time they have been me telling more and more limitations on how and what I can print to the point that I am fed up with them. This last time there was one guy who seemed annoyed at what I was trying to do. I ask if they can use my own paper (which I have been for years no problems) and he says if its in its packaging so they can approve of the paper. Really!? I ask if I can print on 12x12 and he says no it might jam up the machine. I say that I have done 12x12 here quite a few times before and even trimmed it down to 11x11 just to please them. He says no. Eventually I give up and just try and print my other regular pages on cardstock at the desk instead of the self serve area. He says It'll be ready tomorrow. I ask why and he says there are online orders ahead of me. He puts in my files and creates the order right there, it takes 3 minutes to print, all he has to do is press the print button and hand it to me, but no, hes going to send me home and come back because the online people who are at home and ready to wait and make one trip have priority. It wasn't as if the printers were busy with any orders either. First time anyone has said that to me. He says it comes to 30 bucks for just 14 pages 6 of which are double sided. 2 bucks a page!? Thats when i get fed up and just cancel everything. Poor service and attitude, Ill go somewhere else for now on.

This is my local Fedex and I'm in here a lot. I have interacted with a lot of the employees there and a lot of them know me on sight. They are all wonderful and helpful and friendly. I'm writing this review because of my interaction tonight with Hannah. She went WAY above and beyond what was necessary in helping me out. I stupidly brought in a USPS label which she happily printed out for me as an actual sticker/label and she saw that I needed another page inside the box and printed that for me. Then she gave me stickers to cover the ones already on the box I had unsolicited AND directed me to the nearest USPS drop box unsolicited. She is absolutely amazing and I can't sing her praises enough.
