They fit me same day after being turned down by several vet offices and made my dog feel comfortable and safe in their office. I appreciated their kindness and fair prices. Additionally, they set up me up to be successful in home care; I will use them again. Thank you very much!

My dog had blood in her urine and after our primary vet told us they didn’t have availability for 6 weeks they recommended I call St. Francis. I was able to come in at 8 am the next day and get her looked at. The way they take appointments makes it so you don’t have to wait in the car for hours, which is awesome ! Everyone from the 2 people I spoke to on the phone to the vet who did the x-rays were extremely kind, knowledgeable and patient ! They explained costs up front and after testing, luckily got to go home with my girl after just a couple hours. I am so grateful and will keep them in mind for the future if something else comes up (hopefully not though). Happy to say she is doing much better already thanks to the antibiotics she way prescribed!

I have been going to the same vet clinic in Vancouver for 21 years. In the past 8 months 3 of my pets at different times needed emergent vet care. My regular vet was called each time but were not able to see my pets. This hospital saved the life of each one of my pets. Without them seeing my 2 dogs and cat they would have died. I am forever grateful for St Francis for taking care of my pets when I was desperate for help and no other clinic would see them. They have a loyal customer for life. Thank you and God bless you!

After being turned away by an ER vet due to capacity, I started calling around for urgent care for my dog who had a wound in his throat. Though they were near capacity and short-staffed, St Francis took him in to review what could have been a potentially life-threatening injury. Everyone was incredibly kind, they were very transparent about the types of options available and the expected prices, and had us in and out in less than an hour. I am incredibly grateful for their care, and while it was worth every penny, I was also surprised at how affordable the treatment was.

Questions & Answers

I cannot believe how bad their service was to me I intend to call and talk to the manager or whoever runs that place Period If anybody ever goes in for emergency further animal do not go to this place even if it's the last resort.

Go to Columbia River Veterinary Specialist (open 24hrs w/ way lower prices and caring staff) at 6607 NE 84th St Suite 109, Vancouver, WA 98665 Trust me from the horrific experience of St Francis killing my cat, don't go there! The St Francis staff are so rude as well and only care about money, not your pet.

I brought in a rescue hamster and the prices were very reasonable for treating an exotic/pocket pet

I will only take my animals here. They were so kind to me when I had to put my little echo down. They dont gauge you for taking in a pet late at night. Yes you do pay a little bit more, which is understandable, but it's not unreasonable

i would like to file a complaint about a couple of your rude employees. How can I do this? Do you have a system in place for this? I wont be coming back to your office EVER. Your employees wont file my complaint, so maybe the owner will care?

File a complaint with the state veterinary board. They will tell you if other complaints have been filed regarding the same veterinary clinic i.e. employees, care etc.

My cat is limping and I thought he might be constipated. Gave him meds, still limping. Very hard, dry, infrequent stools? Advice?

Take him to St. Francis. I took my cat there four days ago. She tore ligaments in her left rear knee and they took very good care of her. Surgery is scheduled for Oct. I think you can trust them. I do.
