Steak 'n Shake

My grandmother and I came from out of state due to an appointment I had. We didn't think they were open at first, but since it was just shortly after 10 I think that is why it just seemed that way. When we entered we were greeted by one of the workers, and he let us know that we could see him instead of using the tablets for ordering which was nice. My grandma ordered the original sandwich (I think here it's called the steak burger?) and she wanted ketchup onion and pickle on it and it was rang up that way and ended up coming out plain. The shakes and food though were pretty good none the less. The floors however when we walked in, were VERY sticky. I don't know if someone is using the same mop that they are using for the back or if the cleaner just isn't strong enough but they were VERY VERY sticky. Meals were kind of pricier than what we remembered, but also both of us hadn't been to a steak and shake in a while (considering all the one's near us closed). Overall though it wasn't a bad experience. But I can't see rating any higher than a 3 star due to mistake in food, and the sticky floors.

Steak and shake truly much better than McDonald's or Burger King... Unfortunately there seems to be fewer of them around our region.
