Their new office is very warm and welcoming. It's very convenient as well. The staff are always so nice and take care of our dog extremely well. I also love their mobile vet clinic. Makes life a lot easier

I went in to have my dog's injured nail looked at, but when I arrived, my scheduled appointment wasn't in their system. Instead of turning me and my dog away, which they could have done considering they were busy, they helped us immediately. The staff couldn't have been more courteous and attentive. The supervisor on duty at the front desk was exceptional. This was by far the best experience I've had with any pet hospital. Kindness and professionalism go a long way nowadays, so thank you!

I love Banfield clinic, everyone is so sweet and they treat your pets great. I have 2 cats and a dog and they love going there. Plus their wellness program is wonderful and saves you lots of money.

As far as my actual experience at this vet, it went okay. The only problems were that my cats were kept there for 8 hours, which seemed like too much but maybe I'm wrong, but they also almost sent us home without the prescription food & meds for one of my cats & they didn't tell me nearly everything I needed to know about feeding him the food & giving him the meds, however they seemed very busy & I was able to get answers once I called back after we got home, so I will give them the benefit of the doubt. The main issue I have is that my cat who got the food & meds, had an "Abnormal Pancreas test result" & that's all they told me about that & of course told me to call if he was having any issues or if I had more questions... Well I called 15 times between Saturday and Sunday, because I had a couple questions/concerns (although nothing major enough to take him in) & they will not answer the phone, or respond to my voicemails (which they claim is checked every hour). So much for "call if you have questions or concerns". Absolutely ridiculous. I used the VetChat to try and get answers but of course they said it's best to contact the vet he went to, directly because they'll have better recommendations & even they were shocked when I said I called 15 times + left voicemails & still get no answer. This location specifically, just isn't getting a good rep with a lot of people, it seems. Do better.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
Didn't pay anything, they did it for free
You'd have to call Banfield and ask them. They are really good about helping with questions!
Call or make an appointment with your pets veterinarian office , and weigh out all the options that would benefit both of you.
I don't think they take any other kind of insurance. They offer their Wellness Plans, and use Care Credit as payment methods if you can't pay upon services rendered. They are inflexible on this. If you get a plan, and six moths later decide you don't want it, you will have to pay a penalty for canceling. Could be a couple of hundred dollars or more. I suggest lots of researching.
