Always receive the best care for my dogs and the best customer service! I adore the staff at this location. Super helpful, they answer all the questions I have, and my pups even like going to the vet now!

We've been going here with our previous cat for about 5 years, and now with our current 3 year old cats pretty much since they were kittens. The vets we see always take great care of our kitties and are always so passionate, helpful and considerate.

After not being able to get a Vet appointment anywhere near me, for months, (even as an established client), Banfield Pet Hospital was able to get my cat seen in a matter of days. On top of that, the staff was caring, kind, helpful and compassionate. Their cost structure is extremely reasonable, when compared to our normal vet. I was surprised frankly, as I didn't expect this level of care, given its' retail location inside of a PetSmart. I was wrong, and am now firmly a fan of Banfield Pet Hospital. I will definitely be taking my animals there for future care.

After no success getting our dog or puppy into a vet within 40 miles of our house I was able to get them scheduled at this Banfield. It was the closest thing to us that will accept new clients. I had the puppy set up for vaccinations and a nail trim, the older dog I wanted to try and get him acclimated to going to the vet and a possible nail trim(which didn't happen). I never requested vaccines for the 5 year old dog, Banfield gave him some shots and tried to charge me for them. I didn't have enough to cover two sets of vaccines, the staff became beligerant with me over the issue. Now I'm once again stuck without a vet for my dogs as I refuse to give anymore money to a business with such low levels of integrity and accountability. These guys are thieves

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 16, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
