This can vary greatly depending on the model of computer and the type/size of hard drive you would like installed. Generally speaking, laptop keyboards are usually pretty cheap - around $60 installed for most. Hard drives are completely dependent on your specific situation.
All laptop are different and take different parts. We have many in stock and common parts such as batteries can often be ordered overnight. It’s always a good idea to bring your device with you when you come in for any type of service.
No new phone number. If we have more customers in the store than techs we unable to answer every call. If this happens, please leave us a voicemail and we will return your call ASAP. You are also able to text questions to the store number.
