Not all Primroses are the same. Me and my husband had an awful experience with this Primrose. We toured and paid a deposit in July 2021 for a spot we did not need until April 2022. When we first put the deposit down, they were booking to October 2021. The tour and initial meeting was great. We began initiating communication with Primrose towards the end of my pregnancy to keep them up to date (which was filled with complications at the end and baby came 4 weeks early). We still only needed the spot in April. We sent emails that were left unanswered with questions we had. My husband called several times in the weeks leading up to when we needed care. We were told we would get a packet two weeks before starting. It came to be a week away, never received the packet, so my husband called to again checked in. The director then informed us that they are no longer accepting our baby as they did not have space. Even though we reserved a spot months and months ahead of where they were booking. The director even told him that she wasn’t going to tell us until the following week we no longer had a spot. This ended up giving us 1 week notice to find childcare. We are now piecing together various daycares to provide care for our baby. This Primrose location did not offer any assistance or even sympathy for the situation they put us in. Other daycares who had no relationship with us felt bad and tried to help every way possible. Please be aware that this location will promise a spot, take your money, and not tell you till the last minute you can no longer use them. I would not trust my child in their care with the poor communication.

This business took a deposit to hold a spot for my infant on July 13th 2021. My child was supposed to start daycare on April 4th, except when I called the director she not only told me the wrong date, but that she would no longer take my child. No call, no notice, no explanation other than “staffing”. I put a deposit down 8 months prior for an age range that is only up to 12 months of age and now last minute have to find alternative daycare. Completely unprofessional and devastating as a parent who just wants the best for their kid. Based on how their management behaves I am not surprised they turn over teachers frequently and cannot staff appropriately.

We don't use day care services however our daily walks take us around the property. My hope is that the day care does a much better job of controlling litter from their property. I pick up small plastic cups, wrappers, balls etc. routinely that come from the center and those who use the center.

I can't say enough good things about this daycare. My daughter was signed up to start prior to the pandemic, but due to the pandemic we changed plans and kept her home as long as possible until we were able to feel things out. The director (Carmen) was responsive and worked with us every step of the way. She really made a stressful time so much easier on us. We started attending 4-5 months ago and my daughter LOVES it. The teachers in the infant room are amazing. I trust them wholeheartedly and they are so kind and patient with the kids. My daughter has a great time and does so many more activities than I have at the house. She has learned a lot and I can tell she is stimulated throughout the day. They also send me pictures while I am at work which is such a nice treat. All of the staff know the kids by name and they have a really welcoming environment. When I initially toured the facility, one of the major determining factor of our decision was the cleanliness of the facility. Even prior to the pandemic they had hand sanitizer stations readily available and the facility always smells nice and is picked up nicely. My daughter is always clean when I pick her up and the teachers are great about making sure my daughter is changed regularly and does not develop any diaper rashes. At one point my daughter was having a stomach issue that was resulting in minor diaper rashes (I was having trouble controlling it at home as well until we found the cause) and the staff went out of their way to discuss a diapering/cream/ointment program with me to make sure they were doing everything possible to help us calm her skin. I am so glad I made the decision to send my daughter here.
