The staff seem to always be to busy to help other then the 2 employees who managed to help me out the whole time we were there , David and Andrew I recall who were both very knowledgeable in helping us correct any issues we had (which were ALOT) AND the building was falling apart around us while we bowled ( tried to bowl). It seems the Allen's don't care about their employees or customers at all and seem to have checked out ages ago , they seem to only care about a quick buck and sipping margaritas on an 🏝️ island somewhere while they're poor staff deals with the fallout... I'll not be spending anymore of my hard earned cash in that place ever again in the future🍹none of my money will be going towards your I'll gotten lifestyle of robbing your employees and customers! Thank you very much and have a nice life I know I will considering I won't be contributing to your harassment of the general public👍

Came with a group of 14 an hour and a half before closing wanting to play 2 games across 4 lanes. We were told that we wouldn't finish in time so we were given one game per lane. 5 minutes into our games we had 2 more people show up. Instead of coming over to us and asking, they canceled our games on the last frame and announced it over the intercom. It only took us 20 minutes to bowl those games. Dudes working the front counter are brickheads.

Well, where do I start with this place? Have you ever walked into a business that you know in your heart and your soul should've shut down and been condemned? Otherwise, if you want to know what bowling in a third world country feels like, come here. The only thing that functioned (as far as I could tell) in the whole building, was the intercom system to announce your food was ready. As far as the bowling- Half the lanes were closed for maintenance, and the other half SHOULD'VE been closed for maintenance. The machine counting and resetting pins was barely as capable as your average preschooler. The only reason this place receives 2 stars (rather than 1)is because the machine reliably over counted each roll by about 5 pins- which did WONDERS for all our scores. Otherwise, it took about 6 minutes for the pins to reset naturally. The ball return repeatedly took so long that other groups were stealing our bowling balls because they didn't want to wait for theirs. The cleaner parts of this alley felt like a particularly sticky theater floor. Something was off about some of the fountain drinks and the sauces with our food. If the kitchen is kept as clean as the rest of the building I fear for my life. Overall staff-wise, the people taking orders for food were friendly, the bartender was exceptionally friendly, the young lady at the front desk, however, was absent and ultimately annoyed at having to help us. (I guess flirting with a patron took precedence?) Ultimately if this review can be boiled down to anything- this place is the cheapest bowling you can find in the Portland/Vancouver area. But you'll ABSOLUTELY get what you pay for. Try not to come here unless forced to at gunpoint.

I’ve been going here for roughly 15-20 years. It’s the only place I come to bowl, actually. I’ve been to Big Al’s two or three times, but in my opinion, Crosley’s is superior in comparison. The staff has always been friendly, so have the other bowlers. The food is pretty decent and the cleanliness is pretty decent as well. Sad to hear it was sold to Vancouver for apartments. Definitely will be dearly missed.

My son had a birthday there with out reserving . Big group of friends no Reservations,or u can pay in advance on line to secure spots for your whole crew. They have a area with tables cut off from the bowling part as well where there is a little diner/pizzeria as well arcade you can win tickets and cash in for prizes. there is table on the lane itself and a wrap.around booth that runs all the way down the lane
When I was there they had munchies nachos fries that's about it don't know about the cosmic bowling
