The staff at the Vancouver UPS on St. Johns is so friendly and helpful! I go there in person. But you should be able to open up a UPS choice account online where you can put all your delivery details
Unfortunately the Vancouver Hubs phone number is unlisted. The 1800 PICKUPS is the direct line. If you press 0 twice you can get past the robot answering machine. I hope this helped =]
