This place is pretty great! Great location, target is a stroll away, Dollar tree, is right there also. I’ve lived here for 3 years and the neighborhood is getting better. They got a new(er) maintenance guy that’s pretty quick to get stuff done correctly and in a timely manner. I’m really happy with this place. CC is literally the best apartment manager ever. Literally. I’ve lived in 3 different states and she’s the best.

Location I think location of the property is great for being right off the freeway. There are plenty convenient and shopping stores around in this area. However there is a lot of homeless people that gather around at all times of the day but especially at night. Either walking around or trying to get in the building waiting by the doors. My only concern is getting into a confrontation with these individuals at night or early in the morning when I walk my dog. The Property To me the property is honestly beautiful. Besides sharing the parking lot with Sandies’ & the Owl Cafe the apartment site has a-lot of grass and trees around in the front and in the back. The back area is gated and is very nice for walking your dog. There is also a nice dog run park in back for you to take your dog off the leash; “which I find fantastic!” Management/Maintenance The management team is outstanding and always on top of keeping the inside of the building clean along with the parking lot. They have a landscaping crew come every week to mow the grass and take care of the property. Maintenance team always seems to be very concerned about tenants issues/problems and resolve them in a good timely manner. Overall I would rate the property 3.5, and I think the property is very nice and the location is in a good area. But I believe there needs to be an up and security not just at night but during the day. I have been into altercations with homeless people or people that do not live here when I walk my dog. I don’t let my girlfriend go out by herself and walk the dog.

We have lived here at ABQ Encore Apts for about a year. We have not had any complaints at all the manager CECE has always been great and very on point about making sure that what ever the situation is that it's taken care of she is always a actually a very pleasant person. Mi ke the matiance supervisor is also very good about making sure things are done that needs to be done around here they always try to keep this place clean safe and pleasant for us to live and call here home

I feel this place needs an accurate review from someone who actually has lived here, to be blunt, I can’t wait to get out of this crappy place. I’ve lived here since this placed opened about 2 years ago. Yes it looks nice from the inside, obviously being remodeled. Don’t let that fool you. Please, I wouldn’t wish this place on my worst enemy. This place has been through 6 managers and 2 management property company’s, it’s dirty and disgusting. They don’t clean up. Pool never opened. Gym is 3 cardio machines which is not open also. Wash room is a joke. 1 washer and 1 dryer for everyone. There trying to get as many people in this building to get the money back they invested...they don’t care about the grounds or tenants safety at all. Also, Being an old remodeled hotel this place has serious plumbing issues. The new management is even worse. I’d stay away from any management company ran by Monarch/ROC management group. There is Also homeless people living inside at night because the front door got a key jammed into it and the company has yet to replace the lock. Key is still jammed inside 7 months later so anybody can walk into this complex and do god knows what. Look, I’m telling it how it is. New management is a joke. Russel, Alex, yes you know who you are. Just take a drive by and see how nasty the front yards are and balcony’s. Talk to an actual tenant if you get a chance and ask them how they really like living here. I’m so surprised there still in business, and I’m counting the days till I’m out of here. PEACE!
