No stars if I could. Stay away. Find somewhere else to live. Very undesirable apartments, rude and deceiving management, unjustified high rent price, and extortionate extra fees. Not pet friendly at all. Laundry room so disgusting you would not want your 'undies' in any of the filthy washers. Seeing dirty broken up blinds in windows is an obvious indication of negative state of place. Property even makes Copperfield Ave look dirty and run down. Do yourself a favor and stay away!

If you are moving out of this place Do Not clean the apartment yourself, they are going to charge you as many made up things as they can to keep all but a tiny bit of your deposit. I left the place spotless and was left with $70 back from the deposit. If they are going to charge you anyway at least make them actually pay to have things cleaned.

I lived at Copper Field Apartments from 3/15/19 to 8/31/19. From my initial consideration of the property to my final walk through I was treated professionally and could not have asked for a better team within the office and onsite maintenance gentlemen. Everything was done in a timely manner and I felt as if the team genuinely cared for my best interests and needs. I want to thank Rachel for having wonderful timely communication from beginning to end. I only ever needed one maintenance request regarding my AC, which was fixed within 2 days. The apartment that I lived in was very clean when I moved in and I would definitely live here again.

I am so impressed with these apartment homes and the staff (Rachel!) that I interacted with ...fresh paint and new carpet in the units I looked at with great ceiling fan and floor plan. Rachel was so friendly, professional and prompt in responding to my questions/calls and was willing to work with me re the application fee and arrangements around my ESA dog. I highly recommend taking a look at this apartment community!
