Ohhhh where to begin…….Staff are nosy, rude, and lack compassion for their residents. They send out flyers of do’s and do not’s almost weekly. Don’t feed stray cats or you’ll be fined, no more than 1 guest to accompany you at the pool, must park perfectly between the lines, guest of a resident can’t park in “Future Resident Parking” after hrs for any amount of time or they’ll be towed BUT they can and so can their guest, no dying plants on your back porch, must lock your patio door (they must be checking), no smoking anywhere on property or you’ll be fined $500, you must check your mail daily, red light indicator on smoke alarms, you’ll be fined, throw your trash over the dumpster gates, you’ll be fined, no vehicle leaks or you’ll be fined! Think I’m “exaggerating” I still have all their flyers as proof. Noisy neighbors? no need to complain, they don’t do anything anyways. Want to complain about staff and management? Pointless, it’s daddy’s business and the manager (daughter) can do no wrong. If all that isn’t bad enough, you have a lot of new neighbors that live rent free; homeless camps popping up everywhere. Can’t peacefully walk around w/out being confronted by someone asking for money. It’s very uncomfortable. Bottom line is Don’t do it, don’t waste your hard earned money on this complex. They’re cheap for a reason.

Cloverleaf apartments is incredible. This was my first apartment and I could not have had a better experience anywhere else. I have always had the most pleasant interactions with the staff and both Veronica and Tonya are the sweetest people in management. They both go above and beyond to meet any needs, requests, or special situations that may arise. I can't express the amount of gratitude I have for them. The apartments are well sized, the grounds are continuously kept clean, and they are always making sure all of the tenants are kept safe and up to date on whatever is of concern. You won't regret living here!

This apartment complex is truly a gem! My apartment felt safe, there were no issues with critters, and the view outside my back and front windows were filled with green grass, trees, and plants. Plus, my apartment was bright and had features that made it feel more like a home and not a cookie cutter apartment. In addition, neighbors look out for one another, management answered questions promptly, maintenance addressed issues the best they could, and living near many businesses made life convenient and fun. I highly suggest you visit an available unit if currently looking. You'd be surprised by what this community has to offer.

Im sorry some of you feel this way! My family and I moved here and was unsure about moving away from a place that we were happy with, since day one as Natasha showed us around answered all questions we asked. Believe me I ask alot. The apartments are spacious and individually beautiful! It's a peaceful living place! I had an incident where our heater went out I called and they not only worked on it immediately but also provided space heaters to ensure the warmth of my children husband and I! They do what they can to make sure you are comfortable! Not only was management and maintenance are great but living by the freeway is covenant. The gas station is right there so you don't have to worry about starting or ending your day without gas for whatever you need to go. This location is great not too far from grocery stores and schools! The school my children attended were also great! The pool is always clean and ready for you to relax and have fun with your family! Last but not least a bad situation came up with my family that caused us to have to move and come to find out that they bend over backwards to do whatever they could to help my husbdand and I to relocate! Everyone has bad days! So if you feel they are rude thats not the case they were always professional throughout any and all sitiations taking place on our side as well as theirs! I highly recommend these apartments! Thank you!
