I came home after a long day of work to water everywhere! I called after hours and the maintenance supervisor Joseph responded to address the issue quickly and was able to resolve it right away. He even came back the next day to ensure everything was ok! Glad I chose to live here!

Love the location, which is a main reason that I chose this apartment complex. The photos are also really nice. I’ve lived in several states, and so I’m not sure if I’m just a special case, but this has been the worst experience that I’ve had at an apartment complex. Usually, there are one or two issues with an apartment unit that need to be fixed. But these don’t seem to stop! Since I moved here in late May, I have had to ask for the following to be fixed: -My bedroom light (Still doesn’t turn on properly) -Washer and drier didn’t work (They replaced) -Handle popped off of the microwave (They glued it back on) -Ice maker didn’t work -Water leak underneath my bathroom sink and ruined some of my stuff -No hot water in my showers (Seemingly fixed yesterday) -Now? My heater doesn’t work. Literally the day after I got my hot water seemingly fixed. It’s 64 degrees inside and in the 30s-40s outside. Mind you, I’ve lived here since only May. I work full time and go to graduate school full time. So, this has been true hassle. They did reimburse me for pet rent, ONCE. Other than that, I have felt like the “bad person” for complaining. Yes- I’m upset because this has used up a lot of what free time I have, it’s also simply ridiculous and an uncomfortable living situation. I’m not sure if they were in a rush to fill the unit, but it seems like proper repairs weren’t made before I moved in. Not sure. All that I know is that had I known what I know now, I would be spending my money for “luxury” living elsewhere.

I moved here since 2017. Moving out next month. Love the area and the apartments are beautiful. Assistant manager is awful, they act like you’re bothering. I hate to even ask for anything or ask questions they make me feel extremely uncomfortable. When they should do the complete opposite they should be thankful they had a reliable renter. I’m done. I’ll let you know how the move out process is, wish me luck!

I have lived at The Enclave for the past two years. It is a great place to live in a great location. The best people who work for The Enclave are the maintenance men. They were always kind and helpful. The front office ladies, not so much. I left the apartment with normal wear and tear that would occur over two years of living there. Before leaving, I checked with the front office to make sure I had everything ready to go for my move and I had taken care of everything on my end. They acted as if I was good to go and several weeks later sent me an overpriced bill for fixing the apartment along with taking my direct deposit. A total of $450. There was absolutely nothing in that apartment worth fixing for that price. I went over the charges of carpet cleaning and apartment cleaning before I left and I was told my direct deposit money would cover those costs. I am disappointed in the way they mislead information and advise future tenants to get all of your conversations with staff in writing so that it is documented and you have proof of what they claim they will charge you versus what they really charge you.
