I was able to get an apartment with Arlo the same day of taking a tour. I was able to get a cool bachelor pad and am ready to enjoy this complex.

Just wanted to share that Liz made the experience of moving into Arlo simple, quick, and enjoyable! Also working with Angel in maintenance has solved any question with great customer service! Overall, Arlo has been a great place to live!

These reviews are valid points this place has definetlty changed for the worse. For the price u can definelty get a more updated apt. The air conditioners are outdated and barely cool in summer cannot cool apt under 75 85° depending on peak of summer a swamp cooler would work way better then the so called Refrigerated air here and i live in a studio! even if air left on all day. The hot water is fickle and radically changes while your in shower , new managers every month, with previous problems left to the next. I got a random charge that keeps growing on my account along with 3 day notice for none payment multiple times. Every time i go to a new manager they say the system doenst say why!! And they cannot change anything in the system!! Then after paper research of my paper file it is found a unjust charge. Claiming that im on a month to month lease in the computer when in fact im on 6 month lease always so AGAIN im reassured it will be fixed!! 5 months later threw multiple managers and multiple 3 day notices/ none compliances im still getting notices every new manager and still another saying it will be fixed. ALL WHILE Continuously getting notices with threat of lease Forfeit due to non-compliance of payment and threats of legal action. I have never been late one payment or short one cent. The new system Seems incompetent and the constant change of managers definetly doesn't help .Maybe the problem is beyond Management ? Management company? Owners ? Owners are none existing in present and seems only about money. And spending on cosmetics of the appartments instead of real issues and quality of these most impotant Amenities here. Iv never lived in a place that even if your a good tenant and pay your rent on time and un short and still get 3 day non compliant notices with late charges of a false charge. Iv been super polite and easy going but the problem is constanly present and if you cant go to management to fix your problem who do u go too?? Owners?? Doubtful they would even consider talking to a lowly renter. Iv lived here previously years ago under old management and returned recently under new managment/ new owners. Old owners she definitely cared about the people who lived here and how they felt. Aswell as management then. The old owner/she didnt live in state but she would come every so often and talk to the some of the residents personally. Old Management cared!! these problems would of been took care of right away if it was found unjust but not anymore. It concerns me deeply i hope that the elderly who live here have loved ones keeping a eye on there loved ones financials concerning these appartments charges/recieved/ payments im not the only one here this has happened to. With that said The apartments are nice inside Even if not modern but the future of them are questionable. Weigh your options here you have to sign a lead paint waver and a asbestos waver? Rent jumped hundreds, now we split the utilities bill so u cant save no money there even your never home your bill will be around 150$ month + they require apt insurance who knows what they will do next. Fills unsecure here if you plan on staying in your next apt long term here might be questionable.

Ambassador East or "THE AE" as I like to call it, is the most charming apartment I've ever had the pleasure of living in. You don't get to see colonial fountain work with vast yard space like this complex has. I've lived here 8 yrs and have loved every minute of it. The new owner has been updating some of the grounds and looks like new painting will start soon, very excited for what is to come here! Also side note - love the staff here who answers my every call. Dont think I've ever had to leave a voicemail when calling management, they always pick up :)

Pet deposit is $200 non refundable per pet. There is no monthly pet rent after the deposit.
