The property Manager is about as oblivious as they come when it comes to taking accountability for the actions of Linda who is a rotten old hag. You can respond in the same usless manner you always seem to when covering for that bitter old bag linda but everybody at three fountains knows what time it is. The 3.4 star rating you guys have as a whole is a straight forward reflection of the way the apartment complex is ran and the owners are ok with the way Linda thinks she owns the place. I guess if you had this complex in order you wouldn't have to worry about Anonymous posts keeping you up at night.

Linda is a vile work of garbage especially the way she displays her passionate hate and total direspect to the residents. I bet if we took a tally on dimissing her by the residents she would have been gone already! I hope her number gets pulled soon!

I love the easy, friendly living here at Three Fountains Apartments. It is quiet, convenient, affordable, safe, and clean. The staff are very good to work with and are responsive to my concerns. The residents I have met are happy to be here. I rented here sight unseen and do not regret my choice.

I moved here almost two years ago from a colder climate and have been extremely happy to have made this my home. The maintenance here is quick and top notch, the grounds are lovely, the apartments are quiet with minimal sound traveling between apartments and the office staff is friendly. And my knees love that it is an elevator building!
