I wish I could give something less than a star. First time in history to see a pool used by ducks! My apartment had lots of roaches especially in the kitchen. Not recommended. Bad experience.

if you like peace and quiet. This place was a little neighborhood so it's on the loud side. They let you bring your pet... and not everyone has the same definition of how to care for a pet. The crying, the howling, the screaming of dogs every day and night will haunt you. The office will say they've done everything they can to do while humans lock their pets in the house for hours at a time... and who knows what happens behind the locked doors... we can only hear the sad animals crying and that was tough for me. In addition to this, there isn't a gym anymore ... it's become the staff's closet of junk. The pool rules are never adhered to and ducks are constantly swimming in it. Lots of uncared for children here. Yayyy

OVERPRICED by at least $200. this place is terrible. their management company is laughable at best, they’ll lie to you about whether or not they received rent or what proper protocols are just so they can charge you late fees. i’ve had nonstop problems with this place as well— roaches and other insects despite them “spraying” apartments monthly, i had a bat and a mouse on separate occasions, leaky a/c that they will shut off at random (same with the heat), random unannounced water shutoffs, all of my sinks have been blocked up sometimes simultaneously. this place was better left as a crack den like it was in 2013 this place is the worst. whoever manages this place better be taking ativan and dabs at night because i dont know how you sleep at night.

I love my apartment it's so comfortable and spacious and luxurious .. it's very piecful here.. the apartment have an incredible viewes the ponds ducks fish and more amazing trees . nature .I don't have to worry about my car or belongs In my apartment. Its in a very good location . I love that the apartment are gated . Staff and management are very helpful and understanding and are willing to go the extra mile as needed so are the maintenance man and apartment cleaners. Thank you for everything staff at The Pearl at Spring Creek...
