Went there looking for a kitten to adopt, and the staff was exceptional. 2022 update: the kitten we adopted the first time is so wonderful, and we had such a great experience we went back 10 months ago to adopt again. Same exceptional staff, different process due to COVID-19 restrictions but once again adopted a beautiful little boy kitten. We will NEVER go anywhere else to adopt ♥️

Animal birth control clinic in waco is awesome. Most people will say tcap but I dont suggest them. They have to cut corners to cut cost and i feel they pick the wrong corners to cut. Ones that can be a matter of life or death for your furbaby.
We are not open tomorrow for adoptions but we do open the second Saturday of the month for adoptions and on that day all adoption fees are waived. The next Saturday we will be open is August 8 from noon until 4 p.m.
The shelter does not provide vaccinations for animals outside the shelter. Vet offices may have listed prices, as well as TCAP in Burleson that is a low cost spay/neuter and vaccination location.
They do use volunteers. Go in during business hours and ask at counter.
Sadly, no. But they do try very hard to place each adoptable animal.
