Jacob, one of the agents, did not show up to the appointment. He did not call to cancel my appointment. He even criticized me for asking the same question again; he hung up the phone. Another agent called me, she confirmed the appointment, and never called back. Worse experience. Notice: the new manager sign post doesn't even have any contact. This just shows how they treat their tenant.

Great location to UNM and kept really well. The manager is such a nice guy and helped tremendously in getting into the apartment. The other tenants are also lovely and offered us help in moving in.

I lived here for two years and really enjoyed it. It took me ten minutes or less to get anywhere on campus, it is right next to a really cool bar, it is very quiet for when you need to study, and the management was fantastic. I've only had a few maintenance issues, but they fixed them right away. One time the manager even called me from his vacation to check in on a maintenance emergency. My friends have told me some horror stories about their managers, so I believe that this complex is the best in the area.

I have lived here for little more than 6 months and I can tell you that is a really neat place to live. I have to admit, the apartment is small and there are really few places for any kind of storage and there is not such luxuries like a dishwasher and the washing machines in the laundry room are ridiculously small. Finally, my last "complain" would be that the only way to get cable is with Comcast. Besides that, I really can't complain. The neighbors in the other units are really quiet and I have never had an issue with any of them, nor I have seen anything that alarmed me. This is something which I cannot say from other places here in ABQ. Most of the people I know here are foreign and/or mature students. The apartment itself it is enough for one person and if you are creative enough it can get to be really cozy. Also the management and the maintenance is really great. Until now they have solve every issue I have had with my apartment in a promptly way. I live in a mid range ($450 plus utilities) unit and although some things are old (basically the stove and the bathroom wall tiles) everything works as it should. I don't know how old the carpet is, but I haven't had any issues with dust or allergies. One final detail in the apartment itself is that at least in the third floor the closets are some what small. I mean, I am a guy and there is not a lot of space for my clothes. The location is great. It is close to everything. I personally mostly use my car to go to the market or something like that. I get to my mourning classes in 6 minutes in my bicycles (this is mostly because it's uphill going that way) and there is a great number of places where to eat and drink with reasonable prices close by. It is also nice that is is not directly in central, so there is not as many homeless or sketchy people around (there still the occasional homeless). In other words, I doubt that you can find a better apartment in Albuquerque for this price.
