I have lived here for 5 years and I have enjoyed all five years. The front office staff is amazing I have not had any trouble with the maintenance. The shops are fun it's a great location and I am absolutely in love with my apartment my balcony is my favorite spot. I definitely recommend these apartments.

Love living at the Artisan. The new management is always timely with requests for any issues that come up and are always striving to improve the property. The Artisan apartments has a great community feeling and the businesses onsite are excellent amenities not found anywhere else in Abq. Ponderosa brewery and Roxys bakery onsite are so fun to have outside my door!

I am sharing my experience here at google to let people know how wonderful it is living here ( almost eight years!)at the artisan lofts! I find the area safe and fun...with being so close to the art museums...mommas minerals and the sawmill market... The market has an upscale food court...including pizza ... waffles and icecream! I also like having the shops in the complex...including ponderosa brewery A reiki master...barbershop..bakery and more... The complex sits on the grounds with the flamingo dance studio which also brings fun exciting energy! I am extremely appreciative of Marilyn... the community manager here at the artisan! Marilyn takes care of issues brought to her! She follows the rules as she strongly shares what they are and also communicating by phone or in person... Also... Marilyn distributes flyers through the year to communicate any changes that are being made in the community... We as residents are always informed such as parking rules such as towing and handicap procedures! This is a non- smoking complex and I appreciate that also since I have asthma... Its a beautiful community near old town..parks and I40...with a fair and compassionate manager . .you have found your new home💜

You’d think that because they are your leasing managers they would care about your safety and well-being. We have been notified multiple times and have heard other neighbors going through the same thing with a peeping Tom. We’ve called management and they simply don’t care. They said it is up to 911. If MY TENANTS feel unsafe I would get a security guard for the apartment complex to make them feel safer. ESPECIALLY PAYING $1,200 a month. Lady in the office really doesn’t care about her tenants. I do not recommend living here if you have children.
