They gave me the wrong oil /oil filter. It caused my truck to turn on check engine lights and have low oil pressure. No issues after getting it replaced under a warranty by the Bosque Farms Jiffy Lube.

A simple oil change took 1.5 hrs. Other customers who arrived later than myself were helped first. The staff has no sense of priority and no sense of urgency. I won’t be coming back.

Staff did not tell us they didn't have my oil filter until it was too late. Went through the list of things they supposedly did and when I got in my car they had not reset the monitor. Took longer than should have and made us late for an appointment. Everybody there did not seem to know what they were doing. Will never go to that Jiffy Lube EVER again.

From out of state and WAY overdue for oil change. Saw the reviews and chose this place. VERY SATISIFIED! Friendly service, and fast. They also found that I needed more transmission fluid, which was very important for driving in mountains! THANK YOU to the entire staff! HIGHLY recommend!
