The BIGGEST embarrassment of a shop that there is in abq. My boyfriend took his car in for a simple oil change and alignment and they gave him 3 different quotes throughout the service, broke the regulator for his drivers side window and blamed us for it, and they balanced the tires rather than aligning it and now it’s even worse than before. Not to mention they left his car in the parking lot with a broken drivers side window that now is stuck down, and the LEFT THE KEY IN THE CAR with the window down. When we picked up the car they said that the window had fallen off the track when they lifted it and told us to come in first thing in the morning and they would fix it. Well we called the store and talked to the manager who is now saying his guys didn’t do anything to the window and said that we would have to pay to have it fixed even tho they broke it to begin with. They never did the alignment either and are now telling us they don’t have any time to do it. Keep in mind we paid hundreds of dollars already for services they didn’t even perform and the car is now in much worse condition than when we originally took it in. Save your time and your money, don’t go to this shop.

Poor place to come here for work on your car i would never come here again the person thats here today have a nasty attitude and he lucky my daughter was with me. Very racist and would love to speak with his manager for sure. Crazy thing rent a wheel does business with these guys and this is the only location that can do a wheel alignment on 22 inch rims. I really hop rent a wheel change and get a better service place cause pep boys is trash

Very nice staff. I called earlier in the day and an employee picked up the phone in 2 rings and answered my questions quickly. I stopped by the store later that day, and in a short amount of time I was able to turn in a defective batter and received a new battery with a new warranty.

They need to have a no star reateing on Google, this is the second time I've have tried to get service on my vehicle. The first time Devin was rude to the manager apologized for his treatment and went ahead and got an oil change. today Devin was once again like no other has treated me. He pulled out a long extension cord from the pep boys building and plugged it into a fast food truck. But before doing so I stepped out of my vehicle and said excuse me but I have an appointment he looked at me and told me he could not talk to know he was busy to wait inside. He asked me so mean and rude if I had an appointment I said yes I had called in and made One. He told me I did not have an appointment there maybe I got the wrong shop . I looked up the shop I called and called the same number and as I was standing there the shop phone rang. I then told him that It was the right place we're I made the appointment. He then said well I don't see it here I have an appointment at 10:00 am and walked away from me turning his back to me like I did matter and wasn't a paying customer. I started to walk to my car cause he made me feel so bad so offended I was shaking as I was walking to my car I asked his name turned around and said his name very fast and then spelled it out to me I called the company corporate corporate corporate office and he is being investigated hopefully something will come out of it. I will never go back to that pep boys again.
