So, this place keeps trying to charge my Cash App card, and I've never got anything from them, how they have my cash app, I have 0 idea, but I have disputed the claim, and these chumps are still trying to charge my account, I had to shut my card off, they still trying! Ridiculous, I live in Oregon, I do not shop online, that card is only used by me personally in stores, not online!

**Update** I did hear back from a nice rep at Gaia who said they would make an exception for my situation and refund the annual fee. 5/7/22 I have been an active member of Gaia for going on 5 years. I use Gaia primarily for yoga but they have a bounty of good content. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed in their shady business practices. I was on the annual subscription plan and was surprised to see a renewal hit my bank account at the worst possible time. I was not given a courtesy reminder email like other companies I subscribe to. I tried to resolve it on their site but found in the FAQ's that they don't do refunds. What? Why not? I have since tried to reach someone in customer service via email through their site but have only received one response that did not address my issue. So I called their HQ in Louisville, CO but that is just and recording that directs you back to their customer service and a chance to leave a VM, which I have, twice now. No response. I need this $100 just for groceries at this time i my life. It's a shame that they are willing to lose a long-term customer due to their poor customer service and an unethical billing policy. C'mon, Gaia, this goes against what you say you are - "a member-supported media network of truth seekers and believers empowering an evolution of consciousness"

If I could give a negative rating I would I have had an issue with my app not responding to the server and I have tried numerous times to to send emails and contact them though massager for help and absolutely nothing so I guess after your 1st year subscription we mean nothing to them as we are full-time overlanders and rely solely upon this map don't waste your money ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

These are all things that you could find out through Amazon prime, but being that you are subscribed to them that means you have an account so when you go online and you go to sign In use your Amazon credentials to sign it and it should just sign you in
