Went in to buy my new granddaughter her first pair of diamond earrings and was very surprised. Not pressured into anything. Very nice store. Staff was very friendly and personally inviting with their help and service. What I was looking for was easy and pleasing to what I wanted. Once this whole mess with covid is over with, I will be returning.

I highly recommend this store to buy your engagement rings since they really stand by their warranty with professionalism, they take pride in what they do but mainly in client’s satisfaction which is really hard to find nowadays. I’m really happy with the store I went to in Ontario California , the manager Edward Kalash was extremely helpful attending my needs when I had to send my ring for inspection with a prompt solution and recommendation also the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Personally I don't shop here. I went with my mother in law a few times and the experience was awful. They had 3 customers waiting for 15 minutes before even approaching them. She asked to see children's bracelets and he took her to an earrings display. I asked him again if he had bracelets and he had to call his manager over to help him. He then took us to a necklace display letting us know they can be cut into any length. We chose one and began ringing her up when I had interrupt and ask him if he is going to size it so he knows where to cut it. He held it up and said "How's here?" I replied "Shouldn't you have a tool to clasp and measure exactly where?" He excused himself to the back and returned with a whole measuring kit. He had no idea what he was doing and I would never purchase a piece of jewelry from here.
