Worst costumer service, I tried to return a spectrum router after being told to do so over the phone with representative at one of the spectrum stores, and here at the store they told me I need to return it at ups, what a Waste of time!!

Yes they have.
It depends. If you are with Time Warner Spectrum then you can go to the one at Ontario Mills mall. If you are a Spectrum Charter customer, then you need to go to the Charter Spectrum office on Foothill Blvd by Old Navy and Michaels in the Terra Vista shopping center of Foothill and Spruce Street in Rancho Cucamonga. Spectrum has 2 divisions that have not merged yet and all their issues are handled separately for Time Warner Spectrum and Charter Spectrum. Hope this helps. Good luck. Time Warner Spectrum uses different equipment than Charter Spectrum. We have Charter Spectrum and use the Cisco brand. Time Warner Spectrum I believe they use Magnavox equipment. Check before you go.

Yes you can, I waited for an hour and a half to pick one up.
They do accept boxes but do need to get a receipt of return. So you will have to wait in line to do so.
If you are able to go into the store,they could use you'r phone number or you'r home address, I have paid my bill using those.
Yes bit it is going to take you a long time waiting in line. It took me over an hour last time.
