We have been with the location for 5 yeara now.. There r places closer to where we live but this storage location is always clean, secure and we've always encountered amazing customer service. Staff and manager have always been helpful and very prompt if there have been an concerns here and there. Honestly, there hasn't been any real concerns. Josh helped us out with a question about our billing statement and he was very professional, courteous, and understanding. Security is always around when I go to storage which makes me feel at peace about stuff that's locked away there.

Joshua has been so great to work with. He's very understanding and compassionate. When I fell a bit behind on my payment he worked with me and went above and beyond what anyone else would have done. Joshua is awesome .he helps me out when he knew I was getting sick he wouldn't hesitate to help me lift boxes and he would remind me to take breaks. Heand his assistant mike will go the extra to make sure and give great customer service which is still very important. I have been here for a couple years and am satisfied .I won't rent anywhere else!!! Keep up the good work guys and thanks
