I've been coming here since 2013. Roughly 95% of the time I come here, there is a line. This is due to the lack of employee staffing. What's it going to take for this location to get more staff for the busiest times of the day?

Still trying to get a mailbox key, it's been a month. On the phone we were told the key was in. My husband drove down and.... no key. If this gets resolved quickly I would be happy to update my review as I have never had issues in other cities with the post office.

My wife paid $93 to have a package overnight shipped to me with essential items for my deployment. I am on base at Kirtland so the package couldn't be delivered on a Saturday due to the base post office being closed... Totally understandable, BUT... the tracking website displayed a message that the package would be redelivered on the next business day. It is Tuesday now and still no update. I have tried calling the local post office 6 times now. No answer. What is the point of having a phone if you don't answer it. This "business" is a complete joke. Please do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs. This is the worst experience that I have ever had with any mail service whatsoever. A complete joke, waste of time and money.

We are more than happy to assist you at the lobby with any kind of question , post office not sharing carrier's numbers coz they dont have work phone with them
Yes
This message did not go to the Post office. Their address is 111 Alvarado drive Southeast. You may want to resend your question cuz it went to a personal message
Mailbox no, it comes with your address already. If you meant a PO BOX, yes. The prices are hidden on USPS.COM
Sierra Is correct, unless the carrier is familiar with the person, and knows and is informed by the family, the postal service would need verification that a resident is deceased in order to terminate delivery.
I'm not sure they will do anything about it unfortunately, they say their mail carriers don't have to go anywhere they don't feel safe. And there is no direct phone number that I have been able to find. Maybe if you go in person they can find a manager.
