If it's a P.O. Box key there are typically spare keys stored on site. With the key and deposit fee, a replacement would cost $9 If it's a Community Mailbox (also known as an NBU) There are no spares kept. In this case the customer must initiate a lock change request. The current fee for this is $40 and requires Identity and address verification. A current valid driver's license would suffice. This usually takes 6-10 business days after which the customer is furnished with 3 new keys. It is recommended that the customer places a hold on their mail during this period, as not to miss any important or pressing mailings.

Yes, PO box customers have the ability to ship almost anything to their boxes. The PO will place a claim card inside your box, which you will fill out and turn into the counter staff for collection. If you are unable to ever turn in the card in person, a possible option may be to complete the card and put it in your box. Then call the PO the next day and ask them to deliver it to an address you trust (let them know you put the claim card in your PO box so they know you are the real recipient).
Change to the above info for Amazon. Amazon claims they will no longer use the USPS or similar for deliveries. They intend to open their own competing delivery service in 2020. Until then, above info is correct.

Depends on what day it was mailed, and postage. The rule is 5-7 business days. I have had mail get across country in 2 days. I have also used the USPS for overnight letter service with tracking and had good service. Also depends on location it was mailed out from.
