Why do the postal service continue to place mail inside the box of a person that has passed away how can I help with this. Without getting into trouble.

Sierra Is correct, unless the carrier is familiar with the person, and knows and is informed by the family, the postal service would need verification that a resident is deceased in order to terminate delivery.

So, someone within your mail box delivery, they keep sending mail to a deceased? I would advise to go to the postal, with a death certificate, and prove the the person they are deliverying to has passed away. And they must discontinue the delivery of thier mail. Thats what I woukd think. Unless your asking something else. Hopefully this helped you out.
