Made an appointment for a passport a month ago. Got a voicemail the morning of my appointment, telling me that they had to cancel my appointment and to go to the location on Broadway. I tried calling the Broadway location all morning to confirm I could go there and nobody answered. Tried calling the Manzano location too, and nobody answered there either. Went to the Broadway location anyway, based on the information in the voicemail, only to be told that I was given the wrong information and that they couldn't do anything for me. Having had the appointment for a month, and being told last minute that they can't take my appointment, and then being given the wrong information, was extremely frustrating and inconvenient. I asked somebody for help and she was rude and unhelpful, walked away from me while I was speaking to her. I scheduled on this day specifically because my kids were out of school, and now I have to wait until December for another time that they are out of school again, and by then it will likely be too late and I will have to cancel my trip. Zero help from the employees at both locations. No supervisors available to help, nobody answers phones, ZERO customer service. Rude employees, nobody was willing to help figure something out. Severe lack of customer service and basic manners.

The people that work here are beyond rude. You ask one simple question and they cut you off and give a response saying it's not their job to know?

I never have any problems when I go. If there's a line i wait. They don't take long. And they're very nice & friendly.

Laziest Post Office in the city. I was the 4th person in line. First person couldn't pick up their package because the clerk "couldn't even begin to think where it is", Second person couldn't pick up their mail they "have to wait for another delivery attempt", third person couldn't ship a package "the label printer is still broken", and I couldn't pick up a package "I'm not going to look for it, it would be too difficult". This Post Office is run like a ghetto McDonalds and everything is an ice cream machine. Just one excuse after another. 4 people while I was there and not a single person actually accomplished anything. This is why I go to the Steve Schiff PO when I can, much better service with competent staff.
