How do I contact the manager of this location?? The substitute mail carrier on my mail route yelled at my wife yesterday and threatened to not deliver mail to my address because my dog was barking at him INSIDE MY HOUSE behind a locked door!

I'm not sure they will do anything about it unfortunately, they say their mail carriers don't have to go anywhere they don't feel safe. And there is no direct phone number that I have been able to find. Maybe if you go in person they can find a manager.

If a dog is aggressive, on a daily basis, it does not matter that the door is locked. I k ow of a carrier that was attacked by a dog that broke through a window. It was not the first time the dog jumped on the window, he would do it every day, until one day the window gave. Imagine that had happened to you or one of your colleagues? Do you think that might make you want to be cautious? Please be considerate of you carrier, try to see the situation from their point of view. You are just one stop of several hundred, In their daily routine. When carriers get complicit, they are prone to get injured. Perhaps you might want to consider moving your mail box to a location where your dog would not be agitated.
