The staff has always been nice. However I have faced the same issues as alot of these comments and the answer to everyone's question is that the post office in Tenino does not have any mail carriers at that location. All of teninos mail comes out of Centralia so they have no control until they receive the iteams that the person on the route out of Centralia has decided is undeliverable. To solve this I when online and put in delivery instructions for my house. I now get all of my packages. All complaints unless directly about the staff here should be filed with the Centralia post office. Tenino cannot control it. I only post this as I am trying to save everyone all the hoops I had to go through to solve my mail issues.

Tenino Post Office is a terrible place... we get mail for another person in our box constantly, and I'm pretty sure the large bearded guy with glasses is dumb as rocks, because I've had lost mail several times over and packages that say they've arrived but are nowhere to be seen. I've had packages carelessly shoved into our po box rather than held in the back with a notification card put in our box instead which has caused a refund to happen with Amazon. I'm done with the place, gonna have our mail sent elsewhere...

I love the staff at this location. Quick fast and friendly. I've had delivery issues but that's on the usps driver out of centrlia annex. The Tenino usps office isn't connected to the driver's or the annex.

I've had a po box here since 1998 and Never had any issues until recently when people retired and all new people work there now. Ongoing issues with my packages being delivered to me on time it's pretty bad when I stand at counter for 30 minutes while they try to locate my package in their tiny building this has happened too much for me to keep this po box why pay for shoddy service? Also filed a complaint and we will see how that goes
