My car was in need of a lot of replacements and the price was going to be way too out of my budget. The workers at Firestone were all so helpful in giving me and my family all the information needed for replacements and in trying to stay within my budget. Amazing service, very patient and informative. I will keep coming back for the routine oil change!

Good customer service, but a little slow. I had to wait 3 hours for 2 tires replacement and balance (I had an appointment).
