Terrible service. Talk to Alex before taking the vehicle. After spending 15 days in the workshop they tell me that they did not review it. Then he tells me that whoever received the car does not work for him but was in the workshop and went into the office.. Incredible...a fiasco

WORST SHOP EVER !!!! I’m still in disbelief after almost a year. I drove my car from New York to Florida and my engine blew out. I went to Gonzalez and sons and they promised me a dream. I was told they was going to order a engine for me and within 4-5 days the car was going to be done. Fast forwards two weeks later and the car still wasn’t ready. I was speaking to Alex, and every time I called to check up on the car I was just being told the same thing over and over. Finally after about 2 and a half weeks my car was ready(according to them) I drove the car back to New York but engine blew out again in Virginia due to the engine oil filter was tightened with a regular wrench which cause a pin sized hole and made all the oil to drip the whole time I was driving. Thank god a shop in Virginia came to the rescue and made my car feel brand new again. Theses guys messed up my car and till this day I’m upset that nothing legal was done. ALEX is super unprofessional and will never recommend anybody to go to this shop!!!

Alex was really friendly and helpful. They gave me a fair price and and replaced my catalytic converter in a couple of hours. I appreciate you guys!
