Very close to UNM and affordable, also very accommodating for students. The best part about these apartments is the landlord Mike, he is very understanding and willing to work with you, and every time I've ever had to call him he gets back to me right away and fixes whatever needs fixing. This might sound trivial but its very important if you're a student renting your own apartment for the first time. The laundry room was a lifesaver when covid started, and when the coin shortage was going on and the banks wouldn't give out quarters, Mike made sure we could get quarters from him just by calling.

Fantastic place to live! The landlord Mike is very responsive, helpful, and kind. When I moved in the place was very clean and well furnished. I lived in a studio and it was a great first home. I will always recommend this apartment complex!

This was an excellent first place to live in Albuquerque. The landlord is very reasonable and will do what he can to make sure that his tenants have a good experience here. He is also very amiable and easy to talk to. The furnishing that comes with the apartment is a little dated, but it is all functional, and comfortable.
