Guys seem nice enough, but they took and put gas/oil in my new chainsaw. When I got home I cut a couple trees. When I was putting up the saw I noticed the bar oil cap had fallen off. I looked all over for it but couldn't find it. They were the last to touch my caps, maybe safety string didn't work or bar oil cap didn't have one. I guess these things happen, but was my first experience with Harry's. Manager did call to see what he could do.
