Would honestly give less if i could. Went to have a couple things checked on my brand new Ridgeline along with the first oil change ever and for any problem i wanted investigate each one which was four… would be $175 diagnosis fee for each if found out It wasn’t covered under warranty. One being a speaker grill on the dashboard you could see clearly a corner was raised up. No clear determination what’s covered even with a simple viewing item as that. Aiken Honda has a cheaper diagnosis fee and it’s per hour not per service. Walsh Honda and the Ridgeline fb group that have thousands of owner agree the $175 fee is a scam money grab for a new vehicle that’s having its first oil change and can’t even check out some minor issues. I’ll never comeback here nor will i recommend anybody bring there vehicle here. I’m sure this truck is reliable cause it’s Honda but this dealership sucks service department wise. They make more money off warranty work so why not check these issues out cause I’m sure they are covered. But I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Bought a car from them and they installed a trailer hitch. They want 135 dollars to even look at it. Then charge extra per parts. Meanwhile I took to another place and they said Honda installed it wrong. It took me a couple years to test it since I assumed they installed it correctly but the lights never worked. I won't be back.

Don Heathman , Jeff and Robbie were all terrific I’m a survivor of a house and car fire. They all very concerned about my family well being over selling a car. In the process the trio was able to sell me a car and provided me with some form of therapy at the same time. They all went above and beyond the call and got me taken care of. I have been looking to buy since the incident which occurred nearly 2 weeks ago , spending an enormous amount of time and energy , these guys got me taken care of within a few hours , Jeff obtained an approval within 15 minutes of Don providing him with a proposed structured deal . when (4) other dealerships all said they had approvals or could not obtain any, nevertheless none of those dealers could close with with similar deal structure as Gerald Jones.

All employees are wearing masks and sanitizing their hands frequently. Also, test drives are done without the salesperson in the car. But you do fill out a form and give a copy of your driver's license before you go

I don't blame the dealership for something an individual does but i have dealt with Lou Williams over the years and he has always been professional. If you need some help there i recommend seeing him.
