I DO NOT recommend buying a used vehicle from Gerald Jones Honda. First off, when I first inspected the vehicle I heard a hissing noise coming from the vehicle, and was told It was a hole in the firewall from my sales rep Allen Baer with Gerald Jones

I don't blame the dealership for something an individual does but i have dealt with Lou Williams over the years and he has always been professional. If you need some help there i recommend seeing him.

I had a good experience with the sales rep, but the service department has dropped the ball and has made mistake after mistake regarding getting my car serviced. I have a 2016 Accord. BTW. Very, very disappointed.
