Went in because my son was having chest pain, trouble breathing and coughing and wheezing. After we were placed in a room, we were told he had a ruptured bleb on the lung causing air to escape. I was extremely concerned and they stated he’d be ok but wanted him to stay 24-48 hours for monitoring. So we waited 3 hours on a room just to be told the attending physician said it wasn’t necessary to stay and to see our pediatrician. The attending physician was the first physician to see him and deemed him ok and stated “I don’t hear wheezing or anything “ the nurse listened to him and said “I’m going to tell the attending physician he’s definitely wheezing”. I was shocked how dismissive he was, then he decided to send us home instead of monitoring us to avoid any further medical issues. Please don’t come here, go to doctors hospital.

This hospital is atrocious! Watch your loved ones CLOSELY and AROUND THE CLOCK! These nurses are TRASH!!! If you have a complaint file it with the JOINT COMMISSION bc that’s the only way anything will get done about it!!!!!!! Forget nurse supervisors and anyone else above too, they are careless and it’s disgusting!
