Employee encouraged myself and my fiance to sign up for a membership, saying "You can cancel ANYTIME. Takes 5 minutes, your kids get free socks..AND YOU CAN CANCEL as soon as you get into your car, just get online its super easy." TO MY SURPRISE! YOU MUST HAVE THE MEMBERSHIP FOR 3 MONTHS BEFORE THEY ALLOW YOU TO CANCEL IT! If that isn't enough, my son and daughter both got ringworm. This place is gross.

Super cool place my kids had A-blast I think that the Food area was limited but you don't go there to eat lol I definitely think it is an advanced version of Sky zone or urban air

Will ABSOLUTELY be back. I intended to take a look, try a 90min jump pass and see how my 3year old autistic son did, as he usually is not about new places and gets overwhelmed very easily. The staff was very understanding and great with him. He had an absolute blast, we decided to upgrade to an elite pass so he can go back and keep having fun. There’s tons of stuff to explore and try. I’m so glad we decided to visit and see if he liked it. Big shout out to the staff, once I explained my son is autistic they adjusted how they handled things with him, specifically the no running rule. I’m not always able to stop him from running especially when he gets excited. He was able to get his wiggles out in a safe environment and had a great time doing it. THANK YOU DEFY!!

Yes it is; mask required. Online reservations required; to control number of jumpers and seats available to non-jumpers. To include seating for elderly and non-jumping parents. ALL must be included when you sign up. There is not charge for ALL non-jumpers, but they must be included in the total that will be in the building with YOUR CREW.
It Goes By The Hour. 1.5 Hour's Is $19.95. 2 Hours Is $23.99. 1 Hour Is $14.49.
They have a Members Day and hour. For the Elite Membership it is Sundays at 5pm. I'm not sure if every different membership has its own day and hour. But my son js an Elite Member, the best bang for your buck for some people.

Its 11 or 12 I think for one hour. 15 for two. If you pay a membership you get unlimited for a month on weekdays for two hours and until 1pm on Saturday and its 17 or 22 $ I forget. Either way great deal.
A waiver has to be completed by the parent or guardian. You can do it online at their website. After the waiver is done, a parent doesn't have to sign you in, but it's always a good idea to stick around until the waiver has been looked up and confirmed.

You don't have to. They have nice seating areas and even a seating area near the lobby that has TV's for parents to watch and relax while your kids have fun
