Went in to have some routine bloodwork done to make sure I’m still healthy. I was really pleased with the experience here. Very nice and helpful staff but also quick and professional. Loved my lab technician! She was so quick and I also didn’t feel a thing! Highly recommend this location.

This place is making up rules not posted anywhere. “Walk-ins welcome” is not a reality here. Rude staff. The low rating is definitely fitting.

My APPOINTMENT was at 11am. I arrived at 10:50 and text that I had arrived as instructed to do upon arrival. I received a text at 11:02 that the labcorp technician was ready to see me and to proceed to the check - in area and my name would be called shortly. I spoke to the receptionist and informed her my lab request was sent electronically from my doctors office. About 30 minutes later the receptionist called me back to the window to ask me the same question about the electronic labs. After about 50 minutes sitting in the waiting area and seeing about 5- 6 WALK- IN'S THAT SIGNED IN ON THE KIOSK being called back for their labs before someone with an APPOINTMENT.... I informed the receptionist that I needed to pick my 87 y/o mother up from her doctors appointment which was about 5 minutes away. The receptionist informed me if I leave I would be put on the bottom of the list when I return. UNFORTUNATELY I was not able to get my labs drawn. MAKING THIS APPOINTMENT WAS ABSOLUTELY A WASTE OF TIME!!!!! Cathy Hart

I should've know by reading the reviews not to use this facility, but when it is right across Wheeler rd from where you live....Anyway, I have been trying to contact this facility for 3 days now by phone. When you press 7 to reach the office staff, it goes straight to voicemail stating that they are either busy or closed. The website indicates they are open and I could understand the voicemail if this was the first day I have called, but this is day 3 and I have left messages every time I have called. You would think that with all of the negative reviews on here, they would get a new office staff. Labcorp, there are plenty of people out there that want to work and will not be rude!!
