For 9 months I have been promised that I was number 1 on the reservation list for a 2023 Sequoia. I have been in constant contact with the dealer representative, who repeatedly confirmed my reservation. Today I was lied to and told they did not receive an allocation, which all SETF dealers did today and I knew that. I was told that, "oh, they sold it to someone else." I expected much better from this dealership after all the recommendations, but they are just as dishonest to me as any car dealer I've ever dealt with. I have all the texts and screenshots to prove what I'm saying. No response from management to my requests.

Tried to look at a rav4 hybrid but after spending 20 min looking but not finding sales people interested in talking to me I left. Too bad I’m on the hunt for this suv. Probably better I need a dealer that is interested

Best car buying experience ever! Our salesman, Landon, was helpful, informative, knowledgeable and he really listened to what we needed. The entire process from test drive to pick up was smooth and I really appreciated the low pressure, relaxed sale as well as the thorough walk-through at pick-up. Icing on the cake was the sales manager, Paul, remembering and acknowledging us each time we were there. Will definitely go back when it’s time for our next vehicle.
