Took a trip down to William's brewing on Saturday morning to pick up some ingredients thinking it was a retail operation. As it turns out, it's will-call/shipping only. NBD, placed my order using my phone in the parking lot and the kind fellow working in the warehouse picked my order right away. Great selection of high quality ingredients, and in previous experiences, quick shipping. Just don't go to the warehouse and expect to browse the aisles 😀

Great service. Always have what I want and need. And, quality product always. Delivery is always prompt and professional. I ordered some products at 3:15 pm on 10 June and my order was at my front door at.8:30 am the 11th.

In the process of building 6 custom keg and tap systems for a mobile operation. No single store had all the parts I needed. However, Williams Brewing had the overall best selection and variety. Prices were reasonable. Shipping costs were reasonable. I placed multiple orders at multiple stores the same day, and the order from Williams was the first to arrive. I will definitely return here the next time I'm shopping for this sort of stuff. Highly recommended.
