Another new low in customer service. Dropped our brand new Jeep off for service and a couple of recalls. Had an appointment, yes I said an appointment, after a day and a half they still had not even looked at the vehicle. The service manager explains that that's just the way it is it always has been. Apparently there is a new definition to the word appointment that the rest of the world has not been made yet aware of. I suggest you avoid Milton Ruben Jeep Dodge and whatever else they sell because they have no concept of how to treat customers and provide quality service.

I do not recommend the service department here. I made an appointment last month for my truck. Requested an oil change, balance and rotate, and to check my transmission. Was told that they would pull it in and have their transmission guy look at it while they try to get me a rental car. Towards the end of the day I still haven't heard anything about a rental car. So I call them and was told to come pickup my truck because they were still trying to get me a car. Alright again no problem I understand. I pick my truck up and notice that in the 8 hours they had my vehicle they hadn't done anything to it. Never even had their transmission guy look at it. Fast forward to today, my ticket is still opened and still no rental car. So I call to get a status of it. Got told that I should be hearing from the rental car company directly, and that they've had multiple trucks like mine come in for the same transmission complaint. So over the phone the Service Writer tells me that nothing is wrong with my transmission because other trucks are doing the same.
