The worst uhaul experience I have ever had. First, the person handling reservations was out so the guy who normally cleans the cars was handling reservations. He had to call the person to help him look for and finalize reservations on the computer. The old short man who gets the trucks ready kept walking in and out while cursing in the dock/equipment area. He was talking about how he can't wait to get home to get some thing that rhymes with loosey but starts with a p. No one wants to hear all that! So I finally get my reservation at 10:38am after waiting since 9:45am for a 10:15 reservation. I had accidentally put in 75 miles for the truck but was only going 26 miles both ways with 1-2 miles for gas too and from the facility. The young gentleman says you will get a credit back for whatever miles you don't use.. I receive the vehicle at 1/4 tank of gas. I go the 13 miles 1 way. Then I head home which is a block away from uhual. We unload, I go down to get gas (put it at almost 1/2 tank) and then drive the 1 mile back to uhual. Low and mother loving behold, they said I went 34 miles and charged me for 12 gallons of gas. Sir/ma'am I have my GPS on my phone for the day. I only drove 28 miles! I called corporate. I want my money back, I demand an apology and gardenville deserves better customer service.

Exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere. As soon as we pulled on the lot, we were greeted by a gentleman who was quick to help us with what we needed. When walking up to the building, we were met with another smile from a man who was happy to help point us to the entrance. Tyra was absolutely exceptional. Her quality customer service skills and welcoming personality made the renting process quick and efficient. The entire process took only a few minutes including hooking up the trailer. She was thorough and detailed when explaining the ins and outs of loading and moving the trailer. Overall we left feeling confident with the rental which was due to all of the incredible staff working at this location.

Saw a guy at the counter who help me get 15 large boxes. He was very friendly and cool. He even laughed at how I was trying to get those large boxes on a 150cc scooter but was impressed when I did. Clean store cool staff. Would definitely rent or buy from this location again!!! Thanks big man sorry I didn't get your name.

I can’t remember the young man or young lady’s name that checked us in however both were very polite helpful and professional! Unfortunately lately so many companies lack professionalism so it’s a breath of fresh air when you come across the opposite, thank you again for great customer service!!

Notify them they should have extras or a spare key for situations like this.

You have to let them know when you make the reservation. Some trucks are able to be taken out of state, some aren't.
Someone will be there in the morning to give you the key to your rented vehicle
Yes just let them know that that's all it is.
