Every time I shop there, the inventory is stocked, the store is clean and the staff is friendly and engaging. Also, the price points are reasonable. It's my favorite liquor store for wine, Champagne, beer, and spirits.

This place has some of the best prices in the area. I realize that this is not a great answer but expect a fair price from the discount liquor store on 2400 block on St. Paul St.
