Yes there are a few zillow may have them listed or take drive through i cut yards there and yesterday saw at least 2 for sale signs. Just and FYI the homes are more expensive then other places in area but most are the top end of other parks best homes the biggest thing is ground rent is around 500 and thats for people lived there decades maybe 1-5 $ each yr where as Williams estate moved to 4-5 yrs ago ground rent was high 5's now its average of 800$ per lot and corners or doubles with pouches are even more. ALSO The hone in sleepy hollow hold value or possibly go up not like here like a car once drive off lot lost 1/4 of its value. Very nice friendly neighborhood if I was older and not just buying my first home now I would definitely look to move there when I older and retired just need place to live not room to grow a family

Yes there are cut grass there today saw a sign as turn in there was place for sale not sure where it is. If you have neighborhood app I check there know they have a page (general area) that lists for sale places. Hope this helps

No you rent the ground you own the trailer. Not to say you couldn't rent to own but I don't think they allow a 3rd party to rent without jumping through hoops you have 2 leases one for ground rent and community (trash water & what are the neighborhood rules) and the second be for the trailer between you and owner. But that's only going to happen if someone was knew you and worked it out. Its actually forbidden to just "sublease" trailer out (park kicked the renters out in 2wks time and the owner lost trailer since didn't keep paying the ground rent and he was overseas not in military but helping as a contractor so was renting for just while he was away think of a 3month AirB&B rental. Because the renters never had background check by sleepy hollow. The best you will find is rent to own /mortgage and since they fall under motor vehicles shouldn't be an issue getting a loan cover down payment and just pay extra but you be looking at over 1grand month w/out utilities just rent hope helps
